The 26 Day Program:

At PPM we have several programs to meet the needs of our patients. Our premier, most comprehensive and effective program is our 26 day program of hospital and residential treatment at our two facilities. This program is very helpful for patients who have a severe pain syndrome and desire withdrawal from prescription narcotic medications. If you would like to learn more about this program please click here.

The 14 Day Program:

Our 14 day program begins on a Thursday and ends on a Thursday two weeks later. It maintains the comprehensiveness of our 26 day program but is for less severe pain syndromes where prescription narcotic withdrawal is not necessary and a more rapid return to health is likely. The Follow-up Program:

After completion of the intensive pain management program at our facility, you will be invited to participate in our year-long aftercare follow-up program. With the support of our staff we work to insure your continuing improvement for one year. This can take the form of in-person visits, telephone consultations, e-mails, and web-cam teleHealth visits (by special arrangement). Click here to learn more.

Our comprehensive and non-narcotic pain management programs require preliminary evaluation prior to admission. This evaluation typically involves a review of medical records, interview, consultation with referring doctor when available, completion of questionnaires (some questionnaires can be completed on this website), and testing. If the patient and our staff jointly agree to go forward with treatment then a convenient date for admission is scheduled. In some instances patients can begin the program of treatment immediately upon completion of the evaluation.
